Some homeowners are even renting out their luxury pads from $10,000 to $15,000 per night.

River Oaks: This Neoclassical-style house has five bedrooms, eight baths and 10 parking spots. At 8,500 square feet, the home has enough space to host big parties. Entertaining spaces include a game room, billiard space, multiple patios, terraces and an expansive summer kitchen. The best part? The home comes with daily maid service and a driver. Rice Military: Situated near Memorial Park, this custom home has a theater-style movie room and resort-style backyard complete with an outdoor lounge and a putting green. The 7,000-square-foot, three-story house has four bedrooms, five baths and six parking spots. Price per night: $10,000
The Heights: This entire, 8,400-square-foot Victorian-style bed and breakfast will be leased to one private group for the Super Bowl. It has 14 parking spots, a large front porch and 10 quaint bedrooms. The 12-bath space has been operating as a lodging accommodation for three decades. Price per night: $15,000
Clear Lake: Billed as a million-dollar mansion, this four-bedroom, four-bath house has a number of amenities for those who enjoy water sports. Outside there’s a boat dock with access to the bay, a resort-style swimming pool and a fully equipped summer kitchen. The 6,035-square-foot space sleeps eight and is 23 miles from NRG Stadium and also 23 miles from Galveston. Price per night: $1,000
